Q: There are so many blockchain and digital transformation course providers, how do I know which course to take?
A: With so much choice and such a vast amount of conflicting information available on the internet it can be difficult for potential blockchain and digital transformation course students to make the correct choice.
The most internationally recognised blockchain and digital transformation courses lead to a diploma. There is no minimum standard for most entry-level digital transformations positions, however to ensure our students can access the best global opportunities our course leads to a blockchain and digital transformation certificate (20 hours), which is regulated by a University of Cambridge examination preparation centre.
Our all-inclusive blockchain and digital transformation course includes digital transformation modules which other providers only offer as an additional course after you have gained your blockchain certificate and at an additional cost.
If you feel you would benefit from face-to-face tuition, including the opportunity to practise all you have learnt in the classroom, you should choose our 20-hour of face-to-face training course.

Q: How much does the course cost?

A: Our blockchain and digital transformation certificate (20 hours) costs between €99 & €499 depending on the date of purchase; this includes all the course materials and tutor support as well as a unit on digital transformation, for which other course providers would charge an additional fee.  Your official blockchain and digital transformation diploma will be emailed to you immediately after the course and a physical copy may be purchased at an extra cost which will be posted to you within 30 working days of completing the Blockchain International Training course.

Q: Who is the Blockchain & Digital Transformation Professional Diploma course for?
A:
The Blockchain & Digital Transformation Professional Diploma course is designed for C-level directors, senior and middle managers, account, project and marketing managers, developers, students and anybody else interested in blockchain technology and digital transformation and their integration into industrial and business settings.

Q: Do I need to know how to write code?
A:
No.  The course is non-technical and is aimed at anybody and everybody regardless of your technical ability and knowledge.

Q: What is the minimum age to go on a Blockchain International Training course?
A: Our minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Q: Do I have to pay the full course fee up front?
A:
If you register for the blockchain and digital transformation course (20 hours), then you must pay the full course fee up front. Access to the course is provided on receipt of the full balance payment.

Q: Is the course accredited?
A:
Our blockchain and digital transformation course (20 hours) is approved by Elite English Education, a University of Cambridge exam preparation centre. This means our course is the most internationally recognised, accessible and affordable, blockchain and digital transformation qualification available in Europe.  The diploma is also secured through the blockchain.

Q: Do I need to be a native English speaker to study the course?
A:
You do not need to be a native speaker to study our course. Roughly 20% of our students are non-native speakers. Please see the FAQ 'What level should my English be?' for advice on the level of proficiency you need.

Q: What level should my English be?
A:
Native speakers of English will naturally be above the minimum standard of English for this course. Non-native speakers should have an English level of B2 (Upper Intermediate) as a minimum.
If you are not sure what level your English is there are several websites where you can test it yourself, for example:
https://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/en/content
http://www.cambridgeenglish.org/test-your-english/general-english/
https://www.examenglish.com/leveltest/index.php
B2 is the level represented by the following public exams:
  • The Pearson Test of English (PTE) General Level 3
  • Trinity ISE II
  • Trinity GESE Grades 7 to 9
  • Cambridge First (FCE) (Grade A, B or C)
  • Cambridge Business Vantage
  • IELTS score 5.5-6.5
  • Michigan ECCE
  • TOEFL score 72+
  • TOEIC Listening: 400 Reading 385 Speaking: 160 Writing: 150

Q: What qualification will I receive?
A:
You will receive The Blockchain International Training blockchain and digital transformation certificate (20 hrs).
Our blockchain and digital transformation certificate qualifies you to consult businesses internationally, including in Europe.

Q: What is a diploma qualification?
A:
When you hear about “levels” this refers to the UK government’s framework for qualifications. This framework allows learners studying UK government regulated qualifications to understand where their qualification sits in comparison to other qualifications. Our course is taught at same level as a diploma or foundation degree, one step above a-levels, but below a university degree.

Q: What does the course consist of?
A:
The course is heavily focused on reading, videos, discussions, group work, role plays and short tests.

Q: Will I be required to take an exam or test paper?
A:
The blockchain and digital transformation course (20 hours) is assessed by a mix of short exams and classes. All units are exam-assessed. Please note that in order to pass each test at the end of each unit, you will need to achieve a minimum of 70%. Upon completion, students are awarded Pass or Fail.

Q: Can I fail the course?
A:
The 20-hour classroom training session on the combined course is not assessed. As long as you attend and participate, you will pass it. Over 90% of the students who submit the final assignment pass the course.

Q: Will I be able to practise what I have learned in the classroom course?
A:
Peer to peer practice is one of the fundamental aspects of the course.

Q: How many people will attend the classroom course?
A:
On average around 20 people will attend each one of our course dates. Please note these are only averages and course numbers do fluctuate.

Q: Is there disabled access at your training centres?
A:
Disabled access varies from one training facility to another. Please contact us to find out specific information for individual training centres.

Q: When will I receive my blockchain and digital transformation certificate?
A:
Your official blockchain-verified digital blockchain and digital transformation diploma will be emailed to you immediately after the course and a physical copy may be purchased at an extra cost which will be posted to you within 30 working days of completing the Blockchain International Training course.

Q: How soon can I start applying for blockchain and digital transformation jobs?
A:
You can start applying for jobs in Europe and abroad as soon as you have passed the course. Your blockchain and digital transformation certificate will be issued, approved, and dispatched within 14 working days of the course completion date from Blockchain International Training.

Q: Can Blockchain International Training find me a blockchain and digital transformation job once I have completed the blockchain and digital transformation course?
A:
There are literally hundreds of jobs boards and other resources newly qualified consultants can use to find employment. We will point you in the right direction and assist you in making job applications.

Q: Can I apply for jobs before I finish the course?
A:
Many of our students choose to start applying for jobs before they complete their qualification. Employers will often accept applicants without a blockchain and digital transformation certificate, as long as they can prove they have enrolled on and started a suitable blockchain and digital transformation course. This is a good way of ensuring you have a job waiting as soon as you qualify, however, any students choosing to apply for jobs before they complete the course should bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible if you do not complete your course in time.  Some students struggle with the course more than others or are unable to commit to full-time study over a single weekend. We advise that students allow at least 4 weeks as contingency time, to allow for any unforeseen circumstances. For example, a student planning to complete the course within 6 weeks, should allow at least 10 weeks before they are likely to receive their certificate for visa/travel purposes.
Are cheap blockchain and digital transformation courses on daily deal websites like Groupon and Amazon too good to be true?
Offering a high-quality blockchain and digital transformation course that provides students with qualified tutors and leads to a regulated qualification doesn't come cheap! Course providers selling on daily deal websites must heavily discount their course fees and then split what they make 50/50 with the deal portal such as Groupon, Wowcher & Amazon.
With such small revenues, it’s impossible for blockchain and digital transformation course providers selling on daily deal websites to:
  • Offer on-going support from experienced & qualified tutors
  • Have fair & moderated marking/grading systems
  • Develop and continually update quality course content & resources
  • Offer a course that leads to a regulated qualification
  • Offer job support and on-going assistance after course completion
Blockchain and digital transformation courses sold on daily deal websites are unregulated, unaccredited, lack academic credibility and will not be respected by employers.

All changes are subject to availability and only one change per booking will be accepted.
Native speakers of English will naturally be way above the minimum standard of English for this course. Non-native speakers should have an English level of B2 (Upper Intermediate), as a minimum. Students may test their English level here: https://learnenglish.britishcouncil.org/en/content. Students found not to have a B2 level of English may find the qualification challenging to complete and no refund will be provided.
